Frontpage problem

On my website http://www.conorandlucy.co.uk/ on the left side is a navigation bar.

When i am setting up in Frontpage i dont see this. All i get is

[Edit the properties for this link bar to display hyperlinks here]

How do i change this so that i see the buttons?

Right click in the left hand frame, click frame properties and enter the page name of your navigation into the initial page input box.

If that doesn't work PM me and I'll figure it out.
