I have one of their old vps options and it has been very good for what I needed it for. Granted the system is on FC2 and it didnt have yum installed also much of the config need redoing but it did its job.
Unfortunatly my vps is hosted in germany which some mail servers I found do not like when sending mail from .co.uk domains also I think the ip they provided me with may have been listed as a spam server at one point so that didnt help either.
Uptime hasnt been 100% but when it has gone down it has only been for a few minutes. I have no idea what their new incarnations of vps are like I can only say what my experiance has been like with mine.
I now have a dedicated server from rapidswitch and so far have been very impressed with both the machine and the service. I would have no hesitation to recommend you go and look at their new vps offereings. They seem to have some offers on at the moment.
