Surpass hosting..?

Hiya

Anyone used surpass hosting before, if so please give an honest answer as to whether they are any good
I also seen on their website that they have a promotion from tomorrow offering their Power hosting plan for $1 for the year!

Cheers

Well, a simple Google search leads me to this:

Based on 28 reviews, Surpass Hosting is rated:
Overall Rating: 2.5 out of 5 stars
Uptime and Reliability: 2.5 out of 5 stars
Technical Support: 2.5 out of 5 stars
Customer Service: 2.5 out of 5 stars

Compare this with HostGator (see my 1st signature for more details), whom we use for several of our websites:

Based on 26 reviews, HostGator is rated:
Overall Rating: 5 out of 5 stars
Uptime and Reliability: 4 out of 5 stars
Technical Support: 4 out of 5 stars
Customer Service: 4 out of 5 stars
