web page delayed text

Hi , im looking at the heart internet hosting starter , and want to produce a web page with delayed text , as per xfiles text that sort of types itself in the corner of the screen , or like a computer booting up for example , but letter by letter .

Is there somewhere that can help me to do this and will the starter hosting be sufficient .

Im new to this and am just messing about trying to learn .

Thanksyou for any help
