Is Heart Internet Free Email Hosting Working?

Is anyone using Heart Internet Free Hosting? I do not appear to be getting any emails (I usually have 10+ in the morning) and test emails sent to the account are not appearing also? If I log in via WebMail there is nothing there also.

Anyone else having a same problem?

I would post a support message but it says there is no support for free servers?

I am even sure if Heart are processing any emails on the freeweb server?

There was a problem on their status page a few days ago about mail but it's all clear now. Not sure if you know it or not, but here's their status page for all services...

Thanks did know about the status nothing was listed at the time regarding the "freeweb" server. The problem existed when I first switched this morning but was fixed early afternoon. If it happens again I may check DNS as O2 does not have great DNS's and in the past I have had domains resolving to the wrong IP address for short periods of time.
