Problem getting EPP key

[link to this post]

I have a site that was hosted with Purple Cloud and also registered with them. I have renewed my registration but decided not to renew my hosting as I was dissapointed with the service and level of spam I was getting.

I unlocked my domain and requested my epp key but I have been ignored. Not a single response to any message I have sent.
There is no telephone number so I cannot call them.

Where do I stand and what can I do to get my key?

My transfer has already failed as the key was not provided in time and now my site is down along with the associated email address.

All help is really appreciated.
Thanks

if it's a .com and you're the admin contact you can go straight to the registrar, providing the registrar isn't purple cloud.

depends on the details though.

(the fact that he had to unlock it means it's not a .uk domain)

since their own domain is registered with enom i'm going to assume they're an enom reseller

http://whois.domaintools.com/purplecloud.com

enom are icann acredited so they may have the ability to provide you with an auth code, I cant say for certain, who is the admin contact?
