Reliable Virtual Server for Asterisk

Want to set-up Asterisk for a small home based business and looking for a reliable small virtual Linux server package with root access to use for this. What (preferably UK based) providers would you recommend for this? Are you running Asterisk with them and what sort of up-times do you get? Do they offer SLA's?

The question of asterisk and Virtualization..

Depending on the server will depend on how well it goes. We have dont allot of testing with VMware and Asterisks and finaly got a "stable" platform. However you will need a dummy TT to keep the server timings correct.

Do you not have a old box you can run it localy on ?

There are plenty of VPS providers out there. We run our phone system from several Open VZ instances without any problems at all.

If you want an out of the box solution so to speak, look at Elastix - we've got a few users that rate it highly.
