Online booking

I maintain a small website for our local Social Centre and I'm looking for a ready made solution to allow visitors to book seats online for the regular events that we hold.

The simpler the better as long as I can display the current number of seats available and collect a name and email address together with the number of seats required.

I assume that PHP/MySQL would be the way to go.

I'm not a programmer by any stretch of the imagination but I can follow an set of installation instructions 8^).

Any suggestions please?
