Fast Hosts Email support?

[link to this post]

Im trying to contact Fast Hosts by email ( support AT fasthosts.co.uk ) and I keep getting the msg back saying "Your request for support could not be accepted on this occasion because it has arrived from a email address that is not currently linked to a Fashosts account. If you have recently updated your email address"

I have sent it by the address which is on my account. Any ideas?

1. The contact email address and the billing email addresses differ...
2. The email address on file with them is in fact an alias and not actually the same as your sending address...
3. You have the same email address on more than one account and the developer who wrote the system assumed the email address column is unique in the database, and wasn't expecting 2 rows to be returned on the lookup query...

I got this too with an account I was looking after and the problem was that, despite having changed the email address on the account, it still insisted on emails coming from the address that was originally registered. You'll probably have to phone them, which is a PITA. Come December I will at last be free of Fasthosts, whom I am now paying monthly to do absoultely nothing (but that's another story!).
