My own domain; drogon.net is just over 15 years old now:

Record updated on 06-Aug-2010
Record expires on 12-Aug-2011
Record created on 13-Aug-1995

I registered many domains in the early-mid 90's. Some are still running. The early .co.uk's just show

I suspect that the many of the oldest domains are in ac.uk. The universities were using the internet well before most commercial users.

My oldest domain is just three years old. But I have accumulated a few in last three years.
