Alert re Purple Cloud

I just went there without logging in to check a domain availability. When I went to the Buy page it requests a login, not surprisingly, but at the bottom it says "Purple Cloud is currently not accepting new customers."

Doesn't sound good to me.

My broadband basic info/help site - www.robertos.me.uk
My domains,website and mail hosting - Tsohost. Internet connection - O2 Standard.

The links on the home page to all the packages are broken - any idea how long they've been like that?
