Tsohost

A couple of years ago for a present to a friend, I registered (in her name) a domain name (lucky girl, she got firstname.co.uk I managed the same for her sister too) with Tsohost and also set her up with Wordpress on Tsohost hosting.

She has just been advised by her website designer that:-

After a major Wordpress update I noticed that your hosting company is causing problems with wordpress and Woo-commerce.

lack of working memory; you hosting provides 40mb, it needs a minimum of 64mb, proper hosting provides 768mb
PHP Version 5.3.28 - The minimum version woo-commerce requires to work is 5.6. Really it should have the newest version with is version 7.
MSQL version 5.5.28 - The minimum version woo-commerce requires to work is 5.6.

This means nothing to me, any ideas please what she should do?

I would raise a ticket with TSOHOST and see what they say, they are very responsive.

You were spot on there.

I ticketed Tsohost last night and the solution was waiting for me this morning.

A simple fix apparently, which will include a transfer of her site to a different server.
