CSS Editors

I'm new to CSS and need to edit some, in order to make a supplied template fit in with the colour scheme of my site.

It all looks a bit baffling!

Can anyone recommend a good WYSIWYG editor (preferable free, or with a 30 day trial period)

Has a 30 day demo trial and is excellent for learning too. Mac or PC versions.

Wouldn't recommend using any editor like those you've been given.

Use notepad (or textpad), and learn by doing, it's the best way.

www.w3schools.com/css is a good resource.

I'd avoid using editors such as dreamweaver like the plague.

and that's what he was given. He didn't ask where to learn CSS, although as I said Style Master is v. good for learning too.

aye, but a editor is certainlly not the best way of doing css. Hense why i replied with supplying the best advise i felt would be good for him since he is just starting.

StyleMaster is the dog's proverbials for writing CSS. Seriously.

I learnt HTML from scratch, but sadly I don't have time at the moment to learn CSS from first principles. Hence the need for an editor as a quick fix.

FWIW, I'm changing colours schemes in a blog script to match an existing site, along with some .tpl files
