Eclipse to where...?

I am now completely fed up with Eclipse.

I had a problem with my DSLMax uprgade and it has never got above 1Mb, despite being synched at 7Mb. There is an outstanding Openreach fault on my line, but BT wont speak to me and Eclipse say that BT are content that my performance is within their acceptable tolerances.

I believe that the problem lies with my wiring to the master socket (old property) etc but BT will not allow me to replace it and I can't establish from BT if they'll come and survey and replace if required.

So, Best option is to either order a new line with a new ISP or migrate my existing to a new ISP. Either way, Eclipse are gone.

The question is, where are people going for an 8Mb service (I am happy with @2Gb cap) for less than
