I had enormous problems with ADSL4LESS (Hotchilli) when I first migrated and also when I attempted to upgrade from 512 to 2Mbps. -connection delays, slow connection, poor/contradictory info. Terms & conditions seemed very sketchy/amateurish.

HOWEVER, since I have actually got the service I want, and no longer require support of any kind, I am extremely happy with the pipe I have. It never ever drops out and I get a consistently plump pipe at any time of day.

I can cancel at any time and am only paying
