Ukfsn or Vivaciti

[link to this post]

Done a bit of research and seem to be leaning towards one of the two above ISP's. Any recommendations on which one is better. Obviously Ukfsn or Vivaciti will post saying they are, but any users have experiences of them. They are same price but looking for support, speed guidance etc. Currently with ZEN but the 50Gb cap is too tight now.

There is no difference in the service so I would go with one that is a member of an Ofcom approved ADR scheme.

We are covered under the ADR through Enta.

For all services actually supplied by Enta they are covered under Enta's ADR and ISPA/CICAS membership as the actual supplier is Enta.

The reason UKFSN has joined OTELO is we supply and bill services directly.

Debatable as Ofcom are clear that systemless resellers should be members of an approved ADR.

Given the choice of two providers with identical products, I'd chose one that is a member of one.

I'd also only deal with one that clearly shows a trading address and company number on it's website but that's another story

I personally would recommend that the OP ignores RandomJointer, who clearly has an axe to grind and needs to either change the record or if they believe that someone is in breach of terms and conditions then report them.
I am with UKFSN, I have had no probs with them and I'm sure that Viva provide a similar level of service.
