I am looking for an ISP for my sister, she doesn't use it much for downloading, mainly browsing and a bit of downloading, she is looking to pay around the

Hi, the NewNet option may still be feasible to you - saying a low user is not really very descriptive NewNet work on a sliding upward scale so for 3Gb you would pay
