Who will do a simultaneous PSTN & Broadband order

I have finally got broadband by having a new line provisioned from Garston rather than my (so called) local excange St Albans. Andrews & Arnold provided excellent service to get this installed and I am very pleased with a 2MB synch speed.

My neighbour would like to do similar and transfer their home office line to Garston and try to get broadband there. Obviously A&A is a possibility but I would like to offer her a choice, plus A&A cannot offer a usable phone line (I know transferring to BT after installation is an option). Costs for this option would be

We can also do a sim order, using BT or Entacall for the phone line.
