Which ISP For What I Need?

[link to this post]

Hi There,

I am currently with BT Yahoo option 3 giving me unlimited download and upload. The exchange is about 1.5miles away so 'potential' download speed of 7megs. My post code is RG17

I download ALOT of different things and the killer for me is BT's rubbish upload speed of 0.37-0.4 kbps which is just not cutting the mustard. What ISP would you recommend that has an increased upload speed and has a static IP address in the package?

Thank you for your help on this!

Ross

I could tell after a month of using P2P through Azureus. I contacted them for help, and from the things they asked me to check, they informed me it was being traffic shaped.....
