EFH --- tell me more!

Came across their web site, some interesting packages, but can anyone recomend them from experience,

EFH are now part of 186k who also own ezeeDSL and Mailbox. I can only comment on ezeeDSL and my experience with them over the past 8 months, they are reliable and I get excellent broadband speeds, but the customer support is still in development through the 186k forum. http://forum.186k.co.uk/index.php

I was just pointing out that the OP is interested in EFH. You are talking about Ezee DSL which is no longer part of 186k.

EFH will be on the same network as ezeeDSL and Mailbox connected through 186k on the Tiscali pipe.

According to 186k on the 186k forum, 186k will continue to provide ADSL services under the EzeeDSL brand.
Whereas EzeeDSL Limited is a datacentre business now only 49% owned by 186k with a name change to Easyspace Datacentres Limited.

Since the takeover EFH customer support has verged on non existent with customer requests including MAC requests not responded to within a week.
Many long term customers, including myself, have moved/are moving to other providers.
However I haven't experienced problems with my connection

Thanks to all for posts ,will have to look at other ISPs.
