[link to this post]

Hello, can anyone tell me a provider who can do this at a cheap price, I need it at home and at Mothers round the corner, just moving my laptop back about, I dont need a massive limit of downloads, just small files maybe.

I have tried dial up and its a no no outlook and others are just so slow. so is there a company that can do this at a decent price, and what are my options please, please advise.

If i understand you right.

You trying to move files from your home pc to your mothers PC?

IF so why not use a CD, Floppy or a USB Flash Pen?

Failing that if neither of you have BB you probably have to pay connection fee then monthly charge. You could go P as you go on BB and pay for the amount you use (there still a low monthly charge for this).

Bit of a long shot but are you near enough to share a wireless network?

No I need access in both locations, but looking for the cheapest option...... disdace is around half a mile.

Like I said..down need a massive limit, my mum does not have or use a computer, but I would need access there say a few hours a day...dial is too slow so forget that like I have said.
