Tempted by Sky, should I switch?

Hi. I am currently on Eclipse Evolution Option 2 (up to 8Mbps) and my speeds are not very good anymore, especially during peak times. The connection can be at times very unreliable and have frequent disconnects. I am very tempted to go with Sky, either the 8Mbps (for

Phone up Eclipse customer service, ask for MAC, wait 5 business days, get mac in email. mail that to new isp

they give back money for credit, but their accounts are screwed and theywill try and take more money, they did so with mine or at least they would have done if I had not cancelled the DD.
