hi

can some 1 plz recommend me an isp that does not p2p throtle as i had this problem with my last isp. i need at least a 2mb connection but i would prefer an 8mb connection.

my price range is about

I don't think you'll find any unlimited adsl broadband downloads for anywhere near

not a chance, although going with an entanet reseller wth a high cap is the closest thing if he could up his budget.

You may be right. I've got my hand right down the toilet and through the u-bend but I still can't get a decent signal with google TISP.
