Help! ISP for downloading/P2P with 8mb & 40gb ?

[link to this post]

Hi, I'm looking for a cheap ISP, with upto 8mb download and unlimited bandwidth or atleast 35gb-40gb. Also has to work well with P2P programs etc and 1-5 months minimum contract period would be a plus.

I'm based in Nothern Ireland and currently with Pipex, but I cant stand them anymore specially after they introduced network throttling.

Hope someone can help, thanks.
