Depends what your requirements are, however these ISPs seem to be reliable:
Newnet
IDNet
Brightview ISPs, eg Waitrose.com, Madasafish, Global Internet
Entanet resellers eg Vivaciti, ADSL24, etc

Check out the individual ISP forum on thinkbroadband

Sorry I forgot about the phonecall requirements mentioned in your post, not many of the ISPs might provide that, you will need to check out their websites.
OK?

As you have found out all these companies, atleast IMO that offer cheap calls and broadband bundles are rubbish. My advice is avoid them all and go for one of the isps that the person in the original reply mentioned, it wont be as cheap but the old saying of you get what you pay for applys here.

If you really are hard up or just a penny pincher the only phone and broadband packages id even suggest you look at let alone consider are vodaphones deals and virgins (cable only dont go with their broadband over a phone line service its poop)
and thats only if you are more concerned about saving money then quality of service.

if you want quality in terms of the service you get and the staff that provide it, then get your broadband from newnet, idnet, or one of the many etnanet providers that are always mentioned. Then keep your phone with BT. The choice is yours as they say, pay for reliable connections or save money but go with clown companys.

Have you thought of Sky? I appreciate their tech support is terrible but all things considered they do seem to offer a solid and stable service when up and running.
