my line info
You are connected to the Oxford telephone exchange.

ADSL is available in your area
Your exchange is also enabled for ADSL Max services

According to BT Wholesale, your line should be able to support a 0.5Mbps or greater ADSL connection.

Standard ADSL RAG results:
[BT ADSL Code: REAEGEA] You cannot receive 2Mbps ADSL
[BT ADSL Code: REAEGEA] You cannot receive 1Mbps ADSL
[BT ADSL Code: REAEGEA] You may be able to receive 512Kbps ADSL
(Engineer visit likely)
[BT ADSL Code: REAEGEA] You may be able to receive 256Kbps ADSL
(Engineer visit likely)

You are approximately 2.86km from the exchange (straight line distance).

Looking here you have a choice of 3 LLU providers at your exchange that may improve your speeds, but the bottom line is your speeds are ultimately determined by your line.

Perhaps posters on marginal lines such as yours can comment regarding moving to LLU.
