I moved to BT B/Band in March since then I have more problems I ned to mention and they are as follows first a faulty homehub had to wait almost 10 days for replacement and when I got to install it I still encountered problems with it doing a remotely software update which upsets it?. But now my problem is very low speeds like last it went down to 113kbps & 97kbps well yet again got to support in India they emailed me and then phoned me and told there was a fault on the line and it would be sorted soon?. Well no sooner I put the phone down they went dead and were off about 5 to 8 minutes the hub started to flash but noB/Band as yet that cames back some minutes later so through this site I check my speed it was 1.6mbps and considering I 1.3 miles from my local exchange & BTADSL Checker states I should be on around 4.5 or greater it is taken the "P" I was with naims before biscit kill it and I was sure that BT would be better to go with but forks I was wrong & I am struck with them for 18 months a prison term? so stay clear of them folks!!!!!!
