Which Entanet reseller?

Hi All,
I have decided to ditch the useless a$$h0lEs at Supanet and join Entanet (assuming Supanet manage to supply my MAC but it has only been a couple of weeks, around 20 calls and 20 failed promises to call me back so maybe I am being impatient).

Anyway all I need to do now is decide on which Entanet provider to use. I have been skimming around various broadband forums and comparison sites and have come up with the following shortlist:

ADSL24
Vivaciti
Freeola
Falconnet
(any others I have missed?)

What I am looking for primarily is a solid, reliable connection able to take advantage of my 7.3Mbps BT connection profile (

I can only suggest you add UKFSN to that shortlist, simply because they are often mentioned as a good re-seller.

I will second that call on UKFSN, Jason Clifford is the main customer services person and he is very quick to respond to emails, otherwise you have enta net's customer support network. Line is constantly on, never had a dropped connection excellent ISP...

Oh and UKFSN supports the Free Software Network

I will third this, UKFSN would infact be my choice due to the reasons you mentioned jsmp01, great Enta reseller. Jason answered 3 seperate emails I made all within a few minutes of each other, answering all the questions i had openly, honestly and importantly IN FULL.

I am going to say the most neutral response you can get with this, and say all Enta resellers are great, especially in the customer service area. Most use lo-call rate, and Enta (also lo-call) operate 24/7 UK based support.

There's also Aquiss, TItan DSL and Xifos.
I think you'll get everything you're after from any Enta reseller, the choice should come down to what extras, if any, on top of the connection you require. If none or you can't choose between them then you should be OK regardless of who you go with.

As the connection is the same whoever you go with, I would choose one that clearly states it's company address and is a member of an Ofcom approved ADR.
