Many of the people who post replies here which consistently knock a particular ISP have a chip on their shoulder for one reason or another.

It really does pay dividends to go look in the other forums as well - often populated by real users.
and, sometimes, no posts at all when people are happy

It's good advice regardless of which forum someone happens to be on. Always a good idea to read a lot of posts over a week or two. Then most people will get a fairly good idea of who the good guys and bad guys are. Whether it be ISPs or fitted kitchens.

I've often wondered if some of the "I've got a big axe to grind, but I'm not telling anyone why" brigade frequent any other forums.
I have visions of these people on banking forums telling everybody what poor customer service First Direct have, or on motoring forums banging on about how unreliable Subarus & Hondas are

I think he must be referring to all the Entanet PR fanboys who act like desperate double glazing salesman if you mention Entanet throttle their customers connections?

I am sure it isn't me he is referring to as all I do is state actual facts that can be verified.

No idea......The windows came with the house when it was built 5 years ago.
I specified one with windows (us Southerners ain't as tough, you see), and used all good marketing speak when asking for them, so who knows what they came with?
