yet another which isp question

I'm just coming to the end of the 12 month contract with AOL(Silver 512kb as they said my line can't handle the 1Mb), I have asked them for a MAC code(called them today) and should have it within the next 48hrs(well thats what I was told).

In the mean while I'm trying to decide on a new ISP, tho it has to be non-LLU as my exchange(Spencers Wood) doesn't have any LLU yet and no mention of if/when any will be available(having checked on samknows.com).

The ISPs with good reputations and monthly contracts that I know of are the Entanet resellers (e.g. ADSL24, UKFSN, etc.), IDNet, NewNet, Zen.

PlusNet also do monthly contracts and I think a 90 day trial.
