Need BB, low contract period, no caps, good speed

[link to this post]

Myself and two fellow students are moving from university accommodation to our own rented house this September, and we need a broadband supplier. Our house is contracted from now until the end of June 2008, so we need to avoid any suppliers that have 12-month contracts.

Two of us use peer-to-peer software, so it's fairly important that we don't have usage caps, or at least, that we have a very large (think 1 to 2 gb per person per day) usage cap.

We will all be using laptops, so any company that provides a wireless router is a good option.

I've been pushing Be Internet to my housemates, because it's unlimited, it's fast, it includes a wireless router, and the contract can be ended with three months notice, so we can have it cancelled by the time we move out next June. But my housemates would like to know if there is a cheaper supplier out there that can match Be Unlimited?

I've checked the distance of our house from the exchange and it's pretty damn close, only the last two letters of the postcode are different and it's around about 1/4 of a mile away.

Any suggestions, or should I tell my housemates to suck it up and pay a little extra for a great service?

I wouldn't think you could do better than Be,
