Leaving Zen for UKOnline - will I regret it?

Hi. I've been with Zen for years but my bandwidth usage has increased a great deal and I cannot live with the 20g per month cap on the Zen package any longer.

I was thinking of moving to an uncapped service like UK Online.

Do you think that would be a good idea?

I don't think it is uncapped as I notice that there's both a FUP and an AUP on their website!

provided you can get the LLU service you'll be fine.

Support is free.

The monthly download limit was reputed to be 500GB. I am sure a poke around the UKO forum will tell you more about this.

No throttling on the LLU service that has been seen.

If you had asked a year or two ago I would have said no as the customer service was awful. Now it's fine.

(I'm not a heavy user and 500 GB a month would be way over what I use!)
