requesting a mac code from entanet

i was told on the phone from Entanet that i had to email [email protected] and give the broadband number im confused, normally when i request for mac codes on the phone it's sorted.

Can someone explain to me in detail whats required to receive a mac code from Entanet?

Which reseller? Several if not all of them have an option on the account control panel to request one.
