[link to this post]

Hi guys and girls

i am currently with aquiss on there Broadband Office Max 90 tariff which comes in at 39.99 a month

for that i am getting 90GB peak usage and 300 odd off peak usage.

here are my current specs

Bandwidth (Up/Down) [kbps/kbps]: 832 / 8.096
Output Power (Up/Down) [dBm]: 12,5 / 15,5
Line Attenuation (Up/Down) [dB]: 6,0 / 12,0
SN Margin (Up/Down) [dB]: 12,0 / 11,5

i am looking to see if i should stay with aquiss or jump ship to another supplier i would like to keep my 8mbit down and 0.8mibt up speeds. with aquiss i am getting quite a few disconnects which is annoying its only started happening over the last 4 months i have been with them a year

138.95 GB
194.84 GB
154.63 GB

I don't believe you can beat an Entanet reseller on price/quality for your level of usage on non-LLU.

As Aquiss are (I believe) an Entanet reseller I would concentrate on finding the reason for the disconnects.

Has something altered in your set up or environment recently?

Good Evening,

Disconnects will not be the result of anything we are doing, therefore I would recommend if you have not already contacting Aquiss support (all details available from http://www.aquiss.net/about-contact.php) so we can run you through some line and hardware checks.
