do any other isp offer a fixed 2meg package

i am with aol at the moment,i was on llu max but due to my distance from exchange i never knew what my my speed would be from one day to the next,i could be 400,800,1600,2000 kbps
so aol put me on a fixed 2meg service that has been great until they starte messing around with there servers i was getting about 1950kbps every day now its about 800 my router stats below.

several providers do 2M.

ukfsn and other entanet salesmen spring to mind.

The speed problems even when you were on Max sound to me more like AOL's fault than your line's. Have you see the comparison page on this site?

If you put your stats into here you get a good idea of what your line should actually do with a good ISP.

Edit:- It would be worthwhile checking your SNRM every 2 or 3 hours to see how much it varies. A variation of 4 or less would mean you were safe on Max and poor speeds would mean a poor ISP.
