thinking about changing from aol to sky

i am thinking about changing from aol to sky,can you please tell me what there tec support is like,do you have to hang on for ages when you ring them,at the moment the calls to aol are free as i have there talk package

Can't help with the question, but while you wait for someone who can, have you checked you can get Sky LLU, (which is good)? Or only Sky Connect, which seems to be very poor.
