ISP/TELEPHONE IN FRANCE

My parents are moving to France in October and I was wondering what options they have for Broadband & Telephone?

Location is in the south.

Since this is a UK based broadband site, I suspect slim chance of getting info, maybe try french tourists or telecoms sites ?

The options will vary greatly depending on location in a large town probably ADSL and telephone bundles. In a city maybe ADSL2+ and IPTV and telephone, or if a very big city even fibre.

NOTE: If a nice rural location be aware 1000 out of 12000 exchanges probably dont provide ADSL at all yet
