We (http://www.plus.net) offer free usage overnight, that is between midnight and 8am, with varying usage limits between 1GB and 40GB between 8am and midnight - the packages are detailed here if you'd like to have a look.

i'll fix your link, and post it here

To the OP, be aware that plusnet do traffic manage their connections during, unlike many others they are honest and open about it, as you can read [url=http://www.plus.net/support/broadband/quality_broadband/speed.shtml#OptionProspeeds]here

, though they could, perhaps, make the info a bit easier to find (or i'm missing the big "traffic shaping Rules" link on the homepage?
on ipstream, you will NOT find an 'unlimited' isp for a low price, i use vivaciti (entanet) giving me 330Gb/month for 20, but for that price i have to put up with the ALT, which suits my usage well, but wouldn't suit everybody. more info here

If you live in London, consider Homechoice Medium or Max package.

Homechoice has no download quotas or throttling. Prices are low and the service is very reliable. Customer service is operated by Tiscali and is mediocre.

Homechoice is owned by Tiscali but doesn't practice any of the 'evil' ways of Tiscali (yet)...

I have happily used HC for 4 years and I download a lot, although not particularly ftp... Night or day, downloads are fast and troublefree.

Flat fees for Max Speed do not much exceed 20 - for this you get a very good selection of TV channels piped straight into your TV as well - including lots of video on demand.

They also have a 'Medium' package 2-4 MB down. This is about 15 or so.

If you live in Greater London and you are technical enough to be able to to manage without any form of 'Helpdesk' or 'Helpline' support from Customer service, then this is a brilliant choice.

I have read through the usage limits help page and it all seems good, I just need to confirm that there are no restrictions at all at night because I've had major problems with my current provider putting very heavy restrictions on my internet 24/7. If there are no restrictions, then I can guarantee that you'll have at least two more customers
