Ok I should say "unlimited" at no extra cost (however that cost is recouped). As you say with the majority of ISPs being the "smaller" ones there is "unlimited" as ling as you pay for it in �s and not by hidden devices like speed throttle and shaping. This is the reason I recommend people to fully understand what they are signing up for and steer clear of ISPs who say "unlimited" at no extra cost. Cheers - Dev
