Mobile(or whatever) just for gaming

Just because my landlords being greedy and has 1 Tiscali line for 40 rooms in our house and expects us to pay �5 a month EACH(thats like �200 a month for a crappy Tiscali line)

Even if no ones on the ping is terrible and I have a Xbox 360 and its annoying as im booted from games as the speed is so bad.
