ISP (non LLU) - 3 months contract - 2 mb min speed

I'm looking for an ISP for my sister-in-law who is still on dial-up. She doesn't want any more than a 3 month contract and doesn't need a massively fast connection (2mbit will be fine). she will be using it for job hunting so will probably be using it a lot and therefore will probably need a medium usage policy as she doesn't want any surprise charges for unexpected usage.

Can anyone recommend a good ISP? I'm out of touch with ISP's nowadays. Thanks.

Using it a lot for things like job-hunting shouldn't eat usage. It's film and music downloads that do that.

A reasonable place to start would be Newnet Home M on a monthly contract at £17.56. She may even get away with the cheaper Home Lite, but it depends how much she wants to worry about exceeding 3Gb.
