BB+Phone for low phone usage

[link to this post]

Can anyone suggest a combined BB/Phone provider for a friend with low telephone usage?

LLU available at the exchange are: AOL, O2/Be, C & W Bulldog, Orange, Sky/Easynet, TalkTalk, Tiscali. The house is towards the limits of the exchange area so it may be some of these are unavailable, in which case the BT wholesale product would probably be offered as an alternative.

BB usage is fairly light - probably no more than 5-10 Gb/month. Telephone usage is very low as most calls are made via a mobile - O2 or Orange, the landline mainly being used for an answering machine and the occasional call.

Whilst a combined provider would be convenient, other low cost options would be considered.

Low usage, but just web or streaming video (but not a lot?)

TalkTalk/Sky/O2 are probably fine. If the Plusnet T&C's and shaping are ok then can get reasonable deals too

Thanks for the reply.

They make most telephone calls from their mobiles, so telephone usage is very low and the landline is more or less for broadband. They already have Sky so this is probably the first one to look at.

Most broadband usage is web and email with some video - I wouldn't think it amounts to more than 10Gb per month at most.
