Considering migration

I�m considering a move from IDNet. Here are my criteria for a 8 Mb connection:

Excellent UK-based technical support and customer service available at weekends and evenings. (Poor out of office hours support is my sole reason for cconsidering leaving IDNet)
Speed consistency
Up to: £35 per month (inc VAT)
POP3 e-mail
I don�t require an uncapped service.
Free migration.
1 month contract
