/28 or /29 with unlimited night-time bandwidth

I'm a very heavy user, currently I have 2 lines. One with Enta and one with O2.

I currently have a /28 with Enta (16 block of IPs), I would require at least a /29.

On the Enta line I do any downloading at night and would like to continue that trend.

The Enta line is my home line and is in constant light use all day. I am on the Business 45 package and last month I used 33GB peak (8am-8pm) and 280GB off-peak.

I'm basically looking for an Enta equivalent. I don't mind using LLU. I can connect at 11000kbps with an SNR of 6, however BT's DLM and all its wisdom has me on an SNR of 15 connecting at 6500kbps.

My exchange is LLU unbundled, Virgin cable is not available.

You have plenty of LLU options and many of those offer blocks.

Be do IPs but they are not routed blocks, they are just sequential IPs with the router in bridge mode from a bigger /19 (or similar allocation). Might not be ideal if you want to do proper routing/firewalling on the router.
