Though some days it can be like playing the post code lottery, which node will be at peak all day, and which won't.
I don't think it is with Goscomb and the L2TP solution from Enta; I think that all L2TP traffic takes precedence over the network. I know that I switched from ADSL24 ENTAnet connection to Goscomb (migration was done on same day that MAC was issued as it was inter-enta migration).
It was like chalk-and-cheese; yes I know it cost more, but whereby I always had problems with ADSL24 ENTA connection due to being on a busy node, on Goscomb, I had no such issues.
