I would refute that.

Demon are now a pale shadow of what they once were.

I too was with Demon from dialup times, but moved away just over a year ago when they failed to resolve reliability issues. O2 were my destination and I was quite happy with them until I moved house (another story)

C&W are to blame, I think. That or the drive to cut cost by relocating tech support. All my problems started when I was 'upgraded' onto C&W hardware.
