Which Non LLU isp with phone

We've got 3 mobile broadband at the moment and its so unreliable these days it has to go. No choices of LLU or cable, only bt wholesale.

Our usage is pretty much:
normal web browsing/email
vpn to work
streaming (iplayer, napster)
no p2p
no games
rare large downloads

My exchange: http://www.samknows.com/broadband/exchange/LCFTN Line checkers seem to suggest 1.5-2.5MB

I'm looking at http://www.plus.net/packages/extra-broadband-calls/
According to this page streaming is "slowed down" https://www.plus.net/support/broadband/speed_guide/t... Does this mean it isn't going to work well?

Will I regret it? Or are there any other similarly priced options with evening calls that might be better?

Streaming still works fine from what i can tell

iplayer/itvplayer ect from what i remember.

I believe epyon is correct, and that iPlayer will work OK. As has been said though, best to ask direct.

On this page they have a table of the speed restrictions. Streaming of your kind looks fine there.

I know some streaming is class as "other" so it slowed down to a crawl you really need to watch the classifications

No imposed control, slowdowns or anything else. You get full connection speed that is obtainable to you.
