Hello, i've been with virgin media for about 10months now, and only just before christmas, has the service shown signs deterioration. Im on the 100mb Product, i rarely see 100mb at anytime, on speedtests i do, however when actually downloading, I can never get more then 2mb....
Basically 2 weeks before christmas, latency times and speeds decided to start dying however, it's not my local connection, it's virgin media's network or "peering" with certain places in the UK and europe.
I am a gamer, and require the connection too be consistant. I choose virgin media initialy, because it was the easiest, and i guessed the best solution. However with them rolling out double speed's, i just see it going down the pan.
Every night i have to suffer with this.

Few examples which, VM seem to have no desire in fixing, as it's been going on for nearly a MONTH now..

I need the an ISP with a large upload ie minimum 800 ideal 1.4mb, my exchange has Annex M enabled. I need interleaving to be off, for gaming. With moderate usage.
Any advice is welcome
