Which is the best IP to choose?

i have really rubbish broadband from AOL and I am looking to change to another ISP. I have heard a lot of good things about Virgin Media and Sky. Excluding these two ISPs what other ones are good to get?

Check out IDNET They have just increase their allowances on certain packages and are a very good company.
