Looking for recommendations for an ISP on a market 1 exchange. 30GB or so for about £15/month. Anything fit the bill?

That's what I suspected Will suggest a slight increase in budget.

** Plusnet Extra: £11.49 a month for the first three months, after that £17.99 a month.
That's 60GB peak, unlimited off-peak, but this traffic management.
ADSL24 Home 30 £19.90, (via Daisy I think), vivaciti Allowance 30 £19.78 via Entanet. Both 30GB peak, unlimited off-peak. No traffic management on either so far as I know.

Yeah, that was the one I had in mind because the traffic management won't be an issue as none of the throttled protocols are used. ISP is currently TalkTalk and they charge £15 for 40GB, but dumping TalkTalk for line rental and calls should more than make up for the extra £3 for Plusnet broadband.

?
But you will need a line rental from someone, on top of the broadband.

Sure, BT or Plusnet look much better value than TT on Market 1 for line rental and calls. SO's last bill from TT was £55 for the month; £13.50 line rental, £6.50 TT Essentials, £15 TT broadband, £7 to UK mobiles, but the real eye openers were £11 for UK landline calls and £2 for 0845/0870 numbers. I don't know what TT Essentials includes (trying to find any info about their off-net products on their website is like looking for a needle in a haystack) but at £6.50 I'd be looking for anytime calls to UK landlines and 0845/0870 instead of another £13 on top for those two.

Find the current offer that suits you from BT complete with 4 ?) months free and cheaper pre paid rental, then get PlusNet to match it. Gives you better Customer Service from PlusNet.

I can't see any Anytime calls option with the PO. Is that something they offer?

They don't have an anytime option, only evening and weekend - the weekend includes mobiles.
